At Cristalier, we take great care in packaging and shipping every crystal to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Our crystals are delicate luxury items, and each order is carefully prepared by our team.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
All orders are shipped from the United States.

Cristalier partners with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. We currently ship using:

Delivery Times

Packaging
Each Cristalier order is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to protect the crystals during transit. We take pride in ensuring every order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Insurance
ALL shipments will include additional shipping insurance for added protection during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Shipments
While we package every order with great care, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Crystal Care & Handling
Cristalier crystals are delicate decorative pieces. Once delivered, proper handling and installation are the responsibility of the customer. Cristalier cannot be responsible for damage caused during installation, cleaning, or handling after delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Cristalier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
